1. Describe how the dependent variable changes as the independent variable changes in a linear relationship. Give examples.

A dependent variable counts on something to make it change. A independent don’t need anything to make it change. For example a car depends on gas to make it move. Another example is a bike doesn’t depend on gas so it can move.


2. How does the pattern of change for a linear relationship show up in a table, a graph and an equation of the relationship? I believe that that it is the Y-Intercept, Mostly because the y- intercept is the constant rate of change.
